Whilst  most of the information on this web site is available to all who are interested, these pages contain content that is for Church Members only.

 

The Agenda of a members’ meeting is a public document which can be viewed in the church foyer by any visitors.  It is made available here in a form which can be opened by anyone and printed out - but it may not be amended.

 

Minutes of Members’ Meetings are confidential and can only be accessed by those who are authorised and have the required password to open the document. This document cannot be printed out, and it cannot be amended.  This is to prevent it falling into the hands of some who might not be authorised to read it.  Members can however read it and save it to their PC - but they will need a password to open it.

 

The dates and times of Members’ Meetings are published here, together with the Agenda and, after the meeting, the draft minutes of that meeting.  The agreed Minutes are available on the Members’  Document Page in PDF format, non editable and non printable.

 

Church Accounts are available in a similar way.

Members who need the requisite password(s) should email the pastor.
